Delivery
In the event of an individual item being out of stock we will offer you a replacement of equal or greater value.
National Deliveries:
We use Royal Mail delivery services, please allow 3-5 days for delivery. Orders placed before 3pm can be delivered next day for an extra charge of £5. All deliveries will require a signature.
Local Deliveries:
We hand deliver our Gift Boxes within 10 miles of Llanelli, south west Wales. For next day delivery please order before 3pm.

Ordering
You can order by phone using our order line which is open from 9:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday. We currently accept credit card payments through Paypal payment services.

, simply fill out your details on the order form remembering to state any colour choices, them submit the form. Please do not e-mail your credit card details as the site is not secure.
You can also order by post stating which Gift Box you require, your personal details and payment by cheque. We allow 4 days for cheques to clear prior to sending.
Guarantee
We are confident that you will be delighted with your gift. If for any reason you are unhappy with your gift, please e-mail us at customer service and let us know. We will then send you a returns form to include with your returned item. Your gift will be exchanged or refunded, less postage costs, if returned within seven days of receipt, in unused condition and in original packaging. You will be responsible for delivery charges and we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.
